About This Event

Art Festival Program (AFEP) is a platform created to give artist and creative

designers a means to nurture their talents, engage with art stakeholders, sell

their ideas and connect with the world of creativity.

The BMC Hall of creativity Art Festival Programme AFEP is initiated by the

Babbarmace Counselling Services Organization (BMC) to reduce the prevalence

of drug abuse amongst adolescents and women in order to redirect the focus of

the entire society towards positive Arts and creativity for growth and sustainable

development through creating continuous talent shows and arts/creativity

festivals.

Art is usually a mental idea by its creator in its manifestation. It can be a

means of relieving stress and impounding stress depending of its usage and

expression.
