FAQ
Are free events really free?
Yes. Free events carry no Tickethub.ng platform fee, with no ticket ceiling.
When do I get paid?
Once ticket payments have cleared for at least one business day, you can request a payout from your dashboard. After you submit a request, we usually process it within 2 to 48 hours and send the money to your Nigerian bank account. Sales from the same day as your request typically become eligible the next business day.
Should I absorb or pass fees?
Model both on your cheapest paid ticket. Read the deep guide.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Start on Launch, move when the calculator says Grow or Scale keeps more.
