Are free events really free?+
Yes! There are absolutely no charges for free events. You can create unlimited free events with up to 100 tickets each.
When do I get paid for ticket sales?+
Once ticket payments have cleared for at least one business day, you can request a payout from your dashboard. After you submit a request, we usually process it within 2 to 48 hours and send the money to your Nigerian bank account. Sales from the same day as your request typically become eligible the next business day.
What payment methods do attendees have?+
We support all major payment methods via Paystack - bank cards, bank transfers, USSD, and mobile money.
Can I issue refunds?+
Yes. You can process refunds through your dashboard. Refund policies are customizable per event.
Is there a limit on the number of events?+
No! Create as many events as you want on both the Free and Standard plans.
