General Policy

Refund policies for events listed on Tickethub.ng are set by the individual event organizers. As a ticketing platform, we process refunds on behalf of organizers when approved.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, contact the event organizer directly through the event page, or reach out to our support team at support@tickethub.ng. Include your transaction code and reason for the refund request.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must typically be made at least 48 hours before the event start time.
  • Refunds for cancelled events are processed automatically within 5-7 business days.
  • Service fees may or may not be refundable depending on the circumstances.
  • Partial refunds may be issued at the organizer's discretion.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Event Cancellations

If an event is cancelled by the organizer, all ticket holders will be notified via email and a full refund (including service fees) will be processed automatically.

Disputes

If you are unable to resolve a refund issue with the event organizer, contact our support team. We will review the case and work to reach a fair resolution.
