Recover by email (no login required)

  • Open tickethub.ng/recover-booking and enter the email used at checkout.
  • Check inbox and spam for the recovery message with your booking code.

From your account

  • Sign in and open My Tickets.
  • Resend confirmation for any booking from the actions menu.
