Everything you need to know to create and manage successful events on Tickethub.ng.
1. Create Your Event
Use the event creation wizard to set your event title, description, date, time, venue, and upload a banner image. Choose your event category to help attendees find you.
2. Set Up Ticket Tiers
Create multiple ticket types (e.g., Regular, VIP, VVIP). Set prices in Naira, available quantities, and optional early-bird deadlines. For festivals, add day passes or weekend passes under Days & Add-ons.
2b. Multi-Day & Add-Ons (optional)
Running a festival or multi-day conference? Enable multi-day to sell Friday-only or full-weekend passes. Add meal packs, lounge, or parking as paid extras or bundle them free on VIP tiers.
2c. Configure Days & Perks
Open Days & Add-ons from your event dashboard. Use smart date pickers to build each day from your event calendar, then link ticket types to the days they can enter.
3. Promote & Share
Share your event link on social media, WhatsApp, and email. Your event also gets listed on our discover page with SEO-friendly URLs and Open Graph previews.
4. Manage Attendees
View orders, track sales, send communications, and manage your waitlist. Invite specific guests with private invite links.
5. Check In at the Door
Use the built-in QR check-in scanner from any phone. Track real-time attendance and prevent duplicate entries.
6. Get Paid Instantly
Receive your payouts directly to your Nigerian bank account. View analytics, revenue breakdowns, and download reports from your dashboard.
