Checking In Attendees (QR & Manual)

Invite your door team, scan ticket QR codes, or enter codes manually at the gate.

Invite your check-in team (organizers)

  • Sign in at tickethub.ng and open Dashboard → Events.
  • Open your event and go to the Team tab.
  • Enter your team member's email and add them. They receive an email with a join link.
  • They must register or sign in with that same email (Google sign-in works). Invited emails are activated automatically.

On event day — open the Check-in App

  • Sign in at tickethub.ng.
  • Open Check-in App in the sidebar, or go directly to tickethub.ng/check-in.
  • Select your event to open the Check-in Console.
  • Organizers can also use Open Check-in Module from the event management page.

Scan QR codes

  • Allow camera access when prompted.
  • Point the phone at the QR code on the attendee's ticket (PDF, email, or screen).
  • A success toast confirms each check-in. Duplicates are blocked automatically.

Manual check-in

  • Under Manual check-in standby, type the ticket code (starts with TK…).
  • Press Enter or tap Verify & Prompt.
  • Use this if the camera is unavailable or the QR is damaged.

Tips

  • Works in any modern mobile browser — no app install required.
  • If internet drops, check-ins may queue locally and sync when you're back online.
  • View attendance stats from the event Attendance tab in your dashboard.
