FAQ
Questions, before you start
No. Launch has no monthly bill. You pay a platform fee only when a paid ticket sells. Grow and Scale are there when volume makes a lower rate worth it. The numbers live on the plans page.
Yes. Free events carry no Tickethub.ng platform fee, with no ticket ceiling.
They get an email confirmation after payment. If the mail is lost, they can retrieve the ticket with the email address or the ticket code.
Each ticket has a QR code. Door staff scan it on any phone. You can also sell walk-ins from the box office on the same inventory.
Once ticket payments have cleared for at least one business day, you can request a payout from your dashboard. After you submit a request, we usually process it within 2 to 48 hours and send the money to your Nigerian bank account. Sales from the same day as your request typically become eligible the next business day.
