Ticket Add-Ons and Gate Perks

Sell meals, lounge access, parking, and VIP extras at checkout, or bundle them free on higher tiers.

What add-ons are

Add-ons are optional extras buyers can pick at checkout: meal packs, tent space, backstage lounge, parking, merch, and more.
Each add-on gets its own scan at the gate so your team can verify who paid for what.
Main venue entry still uses the automatic Venue access perk created for you.

Turn it on

Go to Days & Add-ons and enable Ticket add-ons & scan perks.
Click Add perk, name it, set the extra price in Naira, and choose a scan rule (once per ticket, once per day, or unlimited logging).
Optionally tie an add-on to one event day if multi-day is enabled.

Can be purchased vs included free

Can be purchased for: only buyers with those ticket types see the add-on at checkout and pay your price.
Included free on: buyers on those tiers get the perk automatically with no extra payment step.
Leave both lists empty: every ticket type can buy the add-on at checkout.
Never put the same ticket on both lists. The system blocks that because it would confuse buyers and staff.

Buyer experience

During checkout, eligible buyers see a clear list of add-ons with prices before they pay.
Included perks are attached to their order automatically.
Their confirmation and QR flow stay the same; gate staff pick the right perk when scanning.

At the gate

Open Check-in and select the event.
Choose Venue access for main entry, or switch to Meal, Lounge, or another perk at that station.
Scan works like normal QR check-in but validates only that perk.
