How to promote your event

A short checklist so attendees find you—without guessing which link to share or when to post.

  1. Use your official event link

    Copy the URL from your event page (or dashboard). One canonical link helps tracking and avoids broken redirects when you update the listing.

  2. Announce early, remind often

    Post a "save the date" as soon as tickets go live, then weekly reminders on WhatsApp status, Instagram stories, and email (if you have a list). Spike reminders 48 hours before price jumps or sell-outs.

  3. Turn on promoter payouts (optional)

    From your event list or edit screen, open Promotions and enable a commission. Fans and creators can then share your event through the promoter marketplace with a tracked link. See also how earners work.

  4. Coupons and urgency

    Early-bird codes and limited tiers create real deadlines—pair them with a clear end time in your posts.
