Organizer Payouts & Bank Details
When ticket money becomes eligible, how long processing takes, and how to update your bank account.
Payout basics
- Ticket sales (minus platform fees) add to your organizer balance once payment succeeds.
- Dashboard → Payouts shows your balance, what you can withdraw now, and payout history.
- Request a payout once you meet the minimum amount. A small processing fee applies per request.
How payout timing works
- Every ticket sale adds to your balance. Before we can send it to your bank, each payment must clear for at least one full business day (T+1). After you submit a request, processing usually takes 2 to 48 hours.
- Each payment must sit for at least one full business day before it can be included in a payout. Weekends and public holidays do not count.
- If tickets sell today and you request a payout immediately, today's sales will usually not be included. They become eligible from the next business day.
- When you submit a payout request, our team processes it within 2 to 48 hours, depending on how long the underlying ticket payments have been cleared.
- Unverified organizers: some funds may stay locked until a few days after your event ends. Verified organizers (KYC) can access eligible funds sooner on live events.
Verification & early access
- Unverified accounts: some funds may stay locked until a few days after your event ends. Your dashboard shows the eligible amount.
- Verified organizers (KYC): unlock earlier access to eligible funds on live events. See Dashboard → Verification.
Bank details
- First-time bank details are saved when you add them.
- Changes after that create a bank update request for admin approval before they take effect.
