Multi-Day Events and Day Passes
Run festivals and weekend events with single-day tickets, full passes, and smart gate rules.
What this is for
- Use multi-day when your event runs across more than one calendar day: festivals, conferences, carnivals, or Friday-to-Sunday parties.
- You define each day (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) with start and end times.
- Buyers can get a full weekend pass or a ticket for just one day.
Turn it on
- Open your event in the dashboard and go to Days & Add-ons (or enable Multi-day when creating the event).
- Switch on Multi-day event.
- Add each day manually or tap Generate all days from event dates if you already set event start and end on Edit event.
- Use the smart date buttons to fill times from your event calendar (Use event start day, End +8h, and similar).
Ticket day access (the important part)
- Under Ticket day access, you choose which days each ticket type can enter.
- Leave all boxes unchecked for a full pass: that ticket works every day you created.
- Check only Friday for a Friday-only ticket. Check Friday and Saturday for a two-day pass.
- Check-in at the gate will block someone who shows up on a day their ticket does not include.
Examples
- Afrochella-style festival: Regular = Saturday only, VIP = Friday + Saturday, VVIP = all three days (leave boxes unchecked).
- Conference: Day 1 pass, Day 2 pass, or Full conference pass.
- Always set your event start and end dates first so day times stay inside your real event window.
