Hosting questions
How does hosting an experience work?
You pick an activity, set a group cap (for example 8 seats), choose your date and fee, and publish. Guests book directly on Tickethub.ng. You can approve guest requests or allow instant confirmation.
How much does Tickethub.ng charge for experiences?
Paid experience bookings carry a 10% platform fee per booking. Free meetups have no platform fee. A refund returns what you paid, less that fee.
When do I receive my host payout?
Host payouts are processed directly into your Nigerian bank account after your session takes place.
What if guests do not show up or cancel?
You set Flexible, Moderate, Strict, or Non-refundable. Guests can cancel from My bookings when the policy window still allows it. Host session cancellations flag paid bookings for refund review.
What does Host Approval mean?
On request or invite listings, guests send a message first. You approve them from the experience Inquiries tab, then they can complete checkout. Instant confirmation listings skip that step.
