FELABRATION ON THE BEACH 2026

Fela’s fearless spirit meets the freedom of the beach.

From 16–18 October 2026, experience Felabration On The Beach - three unforgettable days of music, culture, creativity and community on the shores of Tarkwa Bay.

Officially licensed by the Felabration Organising Committee, the event is hosted by Café LaTaye – The House of Meme, Tarkwa Bay’s community-rooted beachfront café.

Inspired by the enduring legacy of Fela Anikulapo Kuti and the 2026 theme “Who Are You?”, this is more than a concert. It is a celebration of identity, freedom of expression and the cultural connection between Nigeria and the Global African Diaspora.

Experience live performances from Sugarboy, Rocksteady, and Jstanley Otulaka & Defusion Band, with music and production direction from Xclusive DJ Pathfinder.

The programme also features confirmed panelists Kareem Salley, Jennifer Edorisiagbon, Kunle “Wizeman” Ajayi and Ikenna Enenwali in conversations exploring Fela’s enduring legacy, culture, creativity, entrepreneurship and community development.
