Questions about Tickethub.ng Zero
Nothing up front. There is no setup fee, no monthly subscription and no migration fee for six months. You pay the standard ticket fee of 6% + ₦100 per paid ticket, and only when a paid ticket sells. Free events stay free.
Campaign links so you can see which post or promoter sold, abandoned checkout recovery, waitlists, sales alerts, a light CRM of your buyers, and more. Normally Grow is ₦15,000 a month.
Your account returns to the Launch plan. Nothing you created is lost, and your events keep selling. If you want to keep the Grow tools, you can upgrade at that point. We will remind you before Zero ends.
Yes. You can absorb the fee or add it to the ticket price at checkout. It is your choice per event.
Zero is one claim per organiser account. Accounts on Scale, Signature or negotiated fees already have better terms. Standard checks on payments, refunds and listings still apply to every event.
Payouts go to your Nigerian bank account after the event, through our payment partners. Timing depends on bank and payment provider checks, so we do not promise same-day payouts.
