Before you start
A CSV or Excel (.xlsx) file with a name column. Email and phone columns are optional. You can download a template from the Door Sales page in your dashboard.
Yes. The upload form has an option to check everyone in at upload. It is meant for recording guests who are already inside. Untick it when you upload before the event.
No. Guests show the QR code on their phone or on paper. Your door team uses the check-in page in their phone browser.
Yes. Tickethub.ng lets you record walk-up sales by cash, POS or transfer on the same event, so the guest list stays complete.
