Box Office (Cash, POS & Complimentary)
Sell or comp tickets at the door without online checkout.
When to use Box Office
- Walk-up sales on event day: cash, POS, or bank transfer recorded in Tickethub.
- Complimentary / guest list entries that still generate a scannable ticket.
How to sell
- Dashboard → Box Office.
- Select your event and ticket tier, enter buyer name/email/phone.
- Choose payment method (Cash, POS, Bank transfer, or Complimentary) and complete the sale.
- The attendee receives a ticket code you can check in like any other sale.
