Motherhood and Wellness Event

LoveAndGrace presents it's first social workshop (Motherhood & Wellness Event). LoveAndGrace is a platform created to provide a safe place for moms from all works of life while empowering them to live their best lives everyday. 

The goal of this workshop is to address the challenges mothers face on a daily basis surrounding self care, mental and physical postpartum recovery, sex before and after baby and balancing motherhood and life. 

Registration fee and workshop includes:

• Interactive sessions with CERTIFIED SEX SPECIALIST  (Olori Coitus) and MENTAL HEALTH THERAPISTS from the Postpartum Support Network (Africa's Leading Maternal Mental Health Organization).
• Facilitated discussions
• Delicious food provided by MINT by Eat Green Company
• Giveaways and;
• Complimentary professional portraits 

This workshop is for you if you have just had a baby (moms), pregnant or aspire to be a mom someday. Come out and have a great time as we socialize having great conversations and delicious food.
